Terms of Use
Last updated October 11, 2026
These terms apply to the Saywell apps for iPhone and Mac and the Saywell service. By using Saywell you agree to them. If you downloaded Saywell from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
The service
Saywell transcribes your speech and, if you choose, uses AI to clean up the resulting text. AI output can contain mistakes. Review text before sending it, especially for anything important.
Your account
You sign in with Apple. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time in the app.
Subscriptions
- Saywell Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly, with a free trial for new subscribers where shown.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Fair use
Don't use Saywell to break the law, to abuse or overload the service, or to try to access other people's data. We may apply reasonable limits to keep the service fast and available for everyone, and may suspend accounts that abuse it.
Your content
What you dictate is yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
Saywell is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Saywell in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use Saywell means you accept the updated terms.
